Studio Rental Rates

• 7:00 AM–9:00 AM — $25/hour
• 9:00 AM–12:00 PM — $45/hour
• 12:00 PM–4:00 PM — $55/hour
• 4:00 PM–6:00 PM — $65/hour
• 6:00 PM–9:00 PM — $75/hour
• 9:00 PM–12:00 AM — $55/hour

Private Classes

• 1–2 students with an instructor — $35/hour
• More than 2 students — regular studio rental rate applies

Cleaning Fee for Groups of 8+ Students

• One-time rental — $30 cleaning fee per rental
• Monthly rental — $50 cleaning fee once per month

The cleaning fee applies to groups of 8 or more students.

Special Rates for Teachers & Long-Term Rentals

Teachers and instructors who are interested in renting the studio on a yearly or long-term basis may qualify for special rental packages and discounted rates.
